Full Day Cruise

This full-day cruise departing from and returning to Port Denarau is best for competent swimmers (ideally people who have snorkelled before), who wish to see the abundant sea life and fabulous coral reefs of the Mamanuca Islands. We maximise your time spent exploring these crystal clear waters, by transferring guests to and from South Sea Island onboard our high-speed catamaran where you then transfer directly to our 15m South Sea Snorkelling yacht for your day in paradise.

Our experienced crew love to share their knowledge of the marine life and reefs in this region and will be in the water with you when we stop to snorkel. The day includes the opportunity to snorkel at least two different tropical reef locations and all the gear is provided.

With the fresh sea air helping you to work up an appetite, both morning tea and a buffet lunch are served on board the yacht along with soft drinks and water throughout the day. Complimentary house wine and local beer are also included from lunchtime onwards. A great day trip for those staying on the mainland who want to get out and experience the undersea beauty of Fiji's tropical waters with a small group of people (maximum 24 guests).

The Experience

Fiji's mainland has so many great attractions for visitors, the islands off the mainland are where you get to truly experience what this tropical location has to offer.

The Mamanuca Islands are a volcanic archipelago lying to the west of Nadi. This group consists of about 20 islands but about seven of these are covered by the Pacific Ocean at high tide. This area boasts crystal clear waters, abundant marine life and live coral reefs.

Each day, the experienced crew will decide which reefs are the best spots for the day taking into consideration, tide times, weather and sea conditions to make sure you get to experience some top-notch snorkelling and a fabulous day trip.

Our local crew members will get in the water with you as guides and will impart their knowledge of the area, the reefs and the marine life. With a maximum of 24 guests on board, this intimate experience allows you to explore these remote reefs in a fun and safe manner.

Food and Drink

There's nothing like a day at sea for a big appetite so we include morning tea and a delicious barbecue lunch. Soft drinks and bottled water are complimentary all day long with local beer & house wine complimentary and served from lunchtime onwards while onboard South Sea Snorkelling (not included on the vessel transfer).
